  • Patent number: 10750345
Abstract: Technology for securely processing emergency response. The technology includes combining video data from multiple video sources relating to an emergency response scenario. The video data is combined into a multi-video feed that utilizes a particular amount of bandwidth when delivered. From a display of a multi-video feed, a video source may be selected. A single-video feed is then delivered for the selected video source and the single video feed is utilized substantially the same bandwidth and the multi-video feed. Dynamic geofences may also be generated. The dynamic geofence is based on an object that is capable of moving. When the object moves, the dynamic geofence also moves such that the boundaries of the dynamic geofence are fixed relative to the object, even as the object moves. Group members may be associated with the dynamic geofence such that they are alerted when a group member crosses the dynamic geofence boundary.

  • Patent number: 9769639
Abstract: Technology for securely processing emergency response. An emergency response server receives intermittent location data from a client device during non-emergency responses. Upon determining an emergency situation is occurring, the emergency response server sends an unencrypted notification to a client device to activate the client device remotely. Once the emergency response server receives an encrypted message from the client device, the emergency response server sends an encrypted emergency client device, causing the client device to enter an emergency mode. The emergency response server then receives encrypted location information at more frequent intervals from the client device in the emergency mode and displays the location of the client device. Once the emergency situation has ended, the location of the client device is no longer displayed, and a signal is sent to cause the client device to exit the emergency mode.

  • Publication number: 20120084166
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided to facilitate a transaction between a seller and a buyer. According to one embodiment, seller offer information is received at a controller. The seller offer information is associated with an item, such as a secondary market item, being offered for sale by a seller. Buyer offer information, associated with a buyer offering to make a purchase, is also received. An evaluation rule is determined, and the seller offer information and the buyer offer information are matched based on the evaluation rule. It is then arranged for the seller to sell the item to the buyer.

  • Publication number: 20080274798
Abstract: A method and system is provided wherein an event experienced by a player is documented and the documentation of the event is stored (e.g., in association with an indication of the event). One example of an event experienced by a player is an outcome obtained by a player on a gaming device. In such an embodiment the documentation of the event may comprise an image of the player's reaction to the outcome and/or a still or video image of the outcome. In accordance with some embodiments of the present invention a player may subsequently access (e.g., purchase) an output of the documentation. Meta-data may be used to locate a particular documentation. In one embodiment an outcome of a prior game play that was documented is replayed. Documentation of events may be modified by a player.
