Abstract: An advertisement fastening system for a display device wherein a supporting strip is wound and unwound between two parallel rollers. Each edge of the advertisement is fitted with a number of fastening labels, each comprising two adhesive elements which are bonded respectively to the advertisement and the supporting strip, and are fixed permanently to a strip of elastic material. The adhesive elements are carried on two faces of two spaced portions of the elastic strip which also comprises a free portion for constantly tensioning the advertisement and enabling it to move in relation to the supporting strip when this is wound and unwound between the rollers.
Abstract: The method includes extruding the pasta filata cheese in form of a cord (2) that is left hanging up to a belt (7) operated at a speed higher than the speed of the coming out of the cord (2) from an extruding device (1) so as to cause a stretching in the free strap of the cord comprised between the extruding device (1) and the transport belt (7). The stretched ribbon (2) is then transversally severed in single portions (18).
Abstract: A device comprising a box having a transparent wall illuminated from the inside. The advertisements are joined to form a single flexible strip support which is wound and unwound between two parallel rollers. One of the rollers is fitted removably to the frame of the device, for enabling the support to be changed, and is rotated intermittently by an electric geared motor. The other roller is rotated by a torsion spring which provides for constantly tensioning the support.
Abstract: A tank for cooling mozzarella cheeses with a closed circuit conveyor belt at the outlet of machines for molding mozzarella cheeses from stretched cheese paste, in which the conveyor belt is formed by transversely spaced longitudinal bars with a connection and support structure with components projecting laterally outwardly from the top of the tank and in which means designed to cause the conveyor belt to perform a closed circuit movement with a slow outward stroke and a rapid return stroke are associated with these projecting components.
