Abstract: An apparatus for cutting a stem to generate beads is provided. The apparatus includes a base member having a stem guide formed on a top surface of the base member, a cutting chamber positioned on the top surface of the base member, wherein the cutting chamber includes a cutting member for cutting the stem, and the cutting chamber includes a back end opening for sliding therethrough the stem and front end opening for dispensing the generated beads, measurement markings positioned along a length side of the stem guide, and an actuation member coupled the cutting member, thereby enabling the cutting member to cut the stem when actuated by a user.

Abstract: A stamping system with a pivoting stamping jig for guiding stamps to a work surface. In one construction, a stamping jig includes a body and a pivot member. The body defines an opening and includes an outer portion having a plurality of alignment features. The pivot member is movably received within the opening and is engageable with the work surface such that the body is movable with respect to the pivot member while the pivot member remains substantially stationary with respect to the work surface. In another construction, a stamping system includes a jig defining a plurality of first alignment features and a pivot guide including a second alignment feature that is selectively engageable with individual ones of the plurality of first alignment features. The pivot guide includes a base and a rotatable portion that includes the second alignment feature.

Abstract: An interchangeable stamping die for releasable securement to a stamp mount used in a stamping process. The interchangeable stamping die includes an ink receiving printing layer having an image surface and an opposed second surface. The interchangeable stamping die also includes a foam layer having a first surface and an opposed second surface that is attached to the second surface of the printing layer. A cling layer has a first surface and an opposed cling surface, and the first surface of the cling layer is attached to the first surface of the foam layer. The cling surface is releasably securable to the stamp mount to secure the stamping die to the stamp mount.

Abstract: A stamping system includes a jig having a plurality of first alignment features spaced about the jig, and a stamping block including at least one second alignment feature. The second alignment feature is selectively engageable with individual ones of the plurality of first alignment features and is provided to align the stamping block with respect to the jig such that a uniform pattern of stamps can be formed on a work surface by moving the stamping block from one first alignment feature to another.

Abstract: A hand tool includes a main body, a pair of arms connected to the main body, first tips connected to the arms and configured to grasp an object, and second tips connected to the arms and configured to grasp an object. The first tips are connected to the second tips. Another aspect of the invention is directed to a hand tool including a main body, a pair of arms connected to the main body, and a scoop portion at one end of the main body.
