Abstract: A display device including a generally planar sheath member having a first panel and a second panel with a space therebetween; the sheath member including at least one window opening on the first panel and having at least one window element positioned to cover the window opening. The at least one window element having first display material thereon, and second display material arranged on a facing portion of the second panel. The display device further includes a slide member disposed in the space and movable between a first position in which the slide member is substantially wholly received within the space such that the first display material is visible and such that the slide member covers the second display material and a second position in which the first display material and the second display material are visible. A blank for forming the display device and a method for producing a display device from the blank are also disclosed.
