Abstract: The invention relates to a kneading apparatus for kneading and mixing dough, having a kneading chamber, discharge opening and an input. The kneading apparatus has at least two shafts to which tools which are arranged in the kneading chamber are fixed, wherein at least one of the tools is designed to convey dough from the input region, in the conveying direction, to the discharge opening. The rotation speeds of the two motor-driven shafts can be set and changed separately from one another with the aid of a control. The two shafts are fitted with tools in a different manner from each other in such a way that the conveying action of all the tools of one shaft differs from the kneading action of all the tools of the other shaft given the same rotation speed of the shafts in each case.

Abstract: The invention relates to a kneading apparatus (2) for kneading and mixing dough, having a kneading chamber (6) which is bounded on the reverse side at least in regions by a wall (4) and which has a discharge opening (8) for discharging the kneaded dough from the kneading chamber (6) and an input region (10), which is arranged on that side of the kneading chamber (6) which is averted from the discharge opening (8), for filling the kneading chamber (6) with dough which is to be kneaded. The kneading apparatus has at least two shafts (12, 14) to which tools (18, 22) which are arranged in the kneading chamber (6) are fixed, wherein at least one of the tools (12, 14) is designed to convey dough from the input region (10), in the conveying direction (20), to the discharge opening (8). The rotation speeds of the two motor-driven shafts (12, 14) can be set and changed separately from one another with the aid of a control means (16).

Abstract: A device for admixing a liquid into flowable dry materials has a housing with a mixing chamber having an inner wall with an impact area and an exit opening at a bottom end of the mixing chamber. Dry material is supplied from above into the mixing chamber and falls downwardly toward the impact area in front of the inner wall of the mixing chamber and exits through the exit opening. A nozzle generates a pressurized high-speed jet of a liquid impacting on the inner wall of the mixing chamber in the impact area and wetting the dry material with the liquid as the jet passes through the dry material and impacts against the inner wall. An opening inside the housing is provided for supplying liquid and pasty additives, wherein the opening is directed toward an area of the mixing chamber between the nozzle and the impact area.
Abstract: A kneading and mixing machine for dough, foodstuffs or the like includes a tub driven in rotation about a vertical axis of rotation, at least one rotatable tool entering into the latter and driven in rotation about an axis parallel to the tub's axis of rotation, and a closing body closing a coaxial bottom opening in the tub bottom which, in order to discharge a finished tub content, can be moved vertically by means of a lifting device to a mid-position and then can be swung by means of an actuator about a horizontal axis to a discharge position, wherein the closing body can be moved upward from its closing position to the mid-position and can then be swung within the tub to the discharge position.
