Abstract: Disclosed is an induction heating fryer capable of suppressing scorching. The induction heating fryer includes: a container for receiving frying oil; an induction heater disposed outside the container and generating an electromagnetic field; a basket removably inserted into the container; and a heating plate disposed inside the container to be immersed in the frying oil and generating Joules heat through electromagnetic induction, wherein the container is provided with a non-magnetic window to enable electromagnetic induction of the induction heater and the heating plate.

Abstract: Disclosed is an induction range having improved durability and a height difference with respect to a cooking vessel. The induction range comprises: an induction heating part for heating a cooking vessel using electromagnetic induction; a glass part formed on an upper portion of the induction heating part; and a circumference part having a shape surrounding the circumference of the glass part and having a height greater than the glass part so as to provide a vertically stepped portion with respect to the glass part.

Abstract: Disclosed is an induction heating range with improved thermal resistance and impact resistance and, more particularly, to an induction heating range, which can prevent electronic devices inside the heating range from being damaged or malfunctioning due to heat transferred into the heating range from a heating target that receives heat in use of the induction heating range, thereby improving thermal resistance and impact resistance.
