Abstract: The invention includes customized software to be used on an end-user computer having fixed storage and an interface with a network server using a network. A GUI component controls a browser which accesses publisher content that is at least partially installed on the fixed storage. Software is provided for monitoring end-user behavior, on-line and off-line, and maintaining a local event statistics database of the end-user behavior including event data related to end-user events. Software is provided for detecting a network connection and transmitting at least a portion of the local event statistics database to the network server. Software is provided for compiling summary information from the local event statistics database wherein the summary information comprises the portion of the local event statistics database.

The record management system and method utilizes a system record generator which generates a plurality of policies, record forms and the like in response to a questionnaire record. Customized record forms and policies are generated and stored in a unique record receiver having indicia for clearly identifying forms therein. A record holder is also provided for storing, inventorying, and managing the record forms used. Abstract: A system and method for creating at least one intelligent chart is shown comprising a computer having indicia means and a comparator line generator which are capable of generating intelligent, indicia-coded charts which are coded based on performance relative to pre-established thresholds. The system and method further comprise a comparator line generator for generating comparator lines which represent, for example, industry standard data or information. The system and method enable a user to quickly and accurately interpret and review data represented by the visual objects in the chart, as well as a company's performance relative to, for example, an industry standard.

Abstract: This invention relates to a system and method for converting encryption data into at least one preselected image in a manner such that, for example, the entity converting the encryption data into the at least one preselected image is not privy to the meaning or value of the sensitive information. The system and method comprises a display system having an encryption record for enabling a user to separate title and label information from data information and to encrypt the data information into a predetermined encrypted data set or format. The display system also includes an image area portion having a plurality of predetermined images for selecting at least one visual image to represent the predetermined encrypted data set. A converter may also be provided for converting the predetermined encrypted data set into the at least one visual image.
