The first conductive layer and the second conductive layer are disposed in the insulation module at different layers. The first conductive layer includes pad layers, and orthographic projections of the pad layers and the second conductive layer on the substrate layer are not overlapped.     Abstract: The present application provides a groove in an area on a buffer layer that is directly opposite to a slit of a pixel electrode, so as to accommodate an alignment film in a corresponding area and increase a thickness of the alignment film. An increase in the thickness of the alignment film increases an anchoring force to liquid crystal molecules in the corresponding area, which makes the liquid crystal molecules in the corresponding area be deflected more easily, thereby solving a technical problem in the prior art that a relatively weak electric field in the area directly opposite to the slit results in an insufficient deflection angle of liquid crystals and insufficient transmission strength in this area.
