Abstract: The present disclosure provides a TFT substrate and a method for manufacturing the same. The method includes: providing a silicon-wafer plate; forming first masking structures on the silicon-wafer plate and etching to form island structures; cutting the island structures layer by layer to form a silicon-wafer sub-plate; and attaching the silicon-wafer sub-plate on a substrate to form the TFT substrate. The implementation of the present disclosure may form the island structures on the substrate to improve the stability of the substrate during bending.
