Abstract: A wet suit has a lower trunk portion, leg portions integral with the lower trunk portion, upper trunk and neck portions, and first and second arm portions integral with the upper trunk and neck portions, and includes the upper trunk and neck portions including a first section integral with the first arm portion and a second section integral with the second arm portion, the sections defining a split that extends therebetween, downwardly and sidewardly, to terminate at a locus in sidewardly offset relation to the center of the lower trunk portion; and connector structure on the sections to interconnect them along the length of the split, and protective structure to protect the connector structure.

Abstract: A knee or elbow protector apparatus for application to an athlete's leg or arm, comprising a flexible, relatively thin wall tube that is bidirectionally stretchable, the tube having inner and outer sides, and opposite ends and sides to be stretched when slipped onto the leg or arm to cover the knee or elbow, the tube including a first elastomeric layer and a second layer of stretchable fabric attached to and substantially covering one side of the first layer; an elastomeric foam pad located adjacent the outer side of the tube and spaced from the opposite side; and retention fabric closely covering the pad and defining a loop-shaped peripheral portion that is attached to the tube.

Abstract: An adjustable retainer for a spectacles frame, which comprises an elongated band assembly including multiple bands, the assembly being generally U-shaped; at least two of the bands having adjustable, lengthwise, relatively slidable interfit; whereby the overall length of the U-shaped assembly may be quickly adjusted to fit the wearer's head.

Abstract: Structure for retaining and confining the side-by-side edges and edge portions of stretchable elastomer sheets, comprises, in combination with the sheets, edges and edge portions:(a) a stretchable smooth surfaced band folded into U-shape over such edges to define band portions extending at opposite outer sides of the sheet side-by-side edge portions, (b) and stitching extending through those folded band portions and through the sheet edge portions in spaced relation to the sheet edges, the stitching tightened to locally compress the sheets along a linear zone extending parallel to such edges and spaced therefrom, the edges and edge portions then everywhere confined and covered by the U-shaped band.

Abstract: A heat or cold pack retention device comprises(a) elongated, insulative, flexible, relatively thin sheet means having two generally parallel, elongated legs joined to a sheet main portion,(b) said main portion provided with an anchor to anchor the pack, the sheet main portion then engaging and comforming to the shape of the pack,(c) the legs then being adapted to adjustably wrap about and over the same main portion and hold the pack to a user's body.
