    Abstract: A mixing and dispensing device which selectively mixes liquids has two filling stations. Each filling station uses water pressure to siphon the liquids from their source container through the valves to an eductor to mix the chemicals with water and, then, to receiving containers, At least one of the valves is constructed to reduce cross-contamination by reducing the surface area of the delivery system.
