    Abstract: The present invention is a computer-based region building system for allowing a service provider to build a service region using a web browser interface. The system presents predefined service areas to the service provider which the service provider can choose to add to the current service region and thereby build a service region. The system maintains a database of service regions and service provider information and allows a consumer to search the database to find service providers that service the consumer's region.
