Abstract: The invention pertains to apparatus for evenly distributing food particles over a base food, and in particular is directed to apparatus for evenly distributing a predetermined quantity of cheese particles upon a pizza. The apparatus includes a conical screen supported above the pizza upon which cheese is to be distributed and comminuted cheese particles located within a hopper above the screen are dropped in a mass upon the screen and distributed by gravitational force in an even pattern over the pizza.
Abstract: A receptacle for delivering food in a hot condition in the form of a bag formed of insulating material having a closure defined at an end. Within the bag an insert of a high density material capable of retaining heat is located and is heated by an electric resistance heater. Prior to use, the insert mass is heated to the desired temperature and food, such as pizza, placed within the bag will stay warm due to the heat retention of the mass. A plurality of bags are stored in a heated condition so as to be ready for use as needed.
Abstract: Dough preparation apparatus of the "dough docker" type consisting of a shaft having a central region upon which a plurality of individual rollers are mounted in side-by-side relationship defining a roller stack. Radially extending teeth are defined upon each roller, and a gauging roller is mounted at each end of the stack of a diameter slightly greater than that of the stack rollers. Tubular sleeves are rotatably mounted upon the shaft end regions defining handles, and bolts threaded into the shaft ends maintain the assembly of components.
