Abstract: A lifting device for headrest includes a fixing frame, a driving rod, two headrest supports, a driving device fixed on the fixing frame, and two lifting mechanisms configured on the fixing frame and located at two sides of the driving device. Each lifting device includes a reversing driving assembly, a guide rod and a slider moveably connected on the guide rod, the two headrest supports are mounted on the sliders, respectively, the driving rod passes through and is driven by the driving device, two ends of the driving rod are connected with the reversing driving assemblies, respectively, and the slider is driven by the reversing driving assembly. Both sliders on the two lifting mechanisms have driving forces so as to improve balance at both sides and make the support force stronger. The headrest is kept in a stable status, thereby preventing damage of the lifting device and the sofa.

Abstract: An electric support system for headrest includes a linear drive device and at least one connecting rod assembly. The connecting rod assembly includes a first fastener, a second fastener, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a curved third connecting rod, and a curved fourth connecting rod between the two fasteners. The linear drive device is connected to the first fastener. An output end is connected to the third connecting rod and movable to drive the connecting rod assembly to expand to make the second fastener to a topmost position where an middle part of the third connecting rod coincides with the fourth connecting rod, or drive the connecting rod assembly to fold to make the second fastener to a bottommost position. Thus, the connecting rod assembly will be hidden between the sofa body and the headrest, which makes sofa more beautiful and in line with consumer aesthetic.

Abstract: An electric push rod includes a drive motor, an outer tube, a threaded rod, a screw nut and a slider block. The outer tube is fixed to the drive motor, the threaded rod and the screw nut are located in the outer tube, the screw nut is in a threaded connection with the threaded rod, the drive motor is connected with the threaded rod to drive the threaded rod, and the slider block is sleeved on the outer tube and supported on the screw nut. When the threaded rod is rotated inversely to actuate the screw nut to move downwards, the slider block will not move downwards or trend to move downwards due to the screw nut fails to fix on the slider block, thus hands or fingers will not be jammed by the headrest even if the hands or fingers are rested beneath the headrest.

The drive device is fixed on the fixed base and has an output end that is capable of sliding upwards or downwards, the hinge comprises a first rod and a second rod which are pivotally connected together, the second rod can be rotated or locked relatively to the first rod, and the first rod is driven by the output end of the drive device to move upwards or downwards. By the headrest adjusting device, the angle and the height of the headrest can be adjusted independently, thereby meeting demands of the users. Additionally, the hinge and the drive device can be adjusted at the same time, to simultaneously adjust the angle and the height of the headrest.
