Abstract: A razor cartridge is proposed. The razor cartridge may include at least one shaving blade comprising an edge portion with a cutting edge, and a base portion, and a blade housing configured to accommodate the at least one shaving blade. The razor cartridge may also include an elastic unit configured to support an end portion of the base portion of the at least one shaving blade and apply a restoring force upwards. The razor cartridge can uniformly transmit a restoring force to a plurality of blades supported by the elastic unit. Further, the vertical position of the shaving blade may be adjustable, thereby reducing a skin irritation during shaving.

Abstract: Proposed is razor blade coating by a physical vapor deposition method, by forming a hard coating layer as a thin coating layer in which chromium boride, which is a nanocrystalline structure having high hardness, is dispersed in an amorphous mixture of chromium and boron, thereby improving the strength and hardness of the thin coating layer and securing the bonding force by chromium in the amorphous mixture between the hard coating layer and a blade substrate on which an edge of the razor blade is formed.

The razor cartridge includes at least one razor blade including a base portion and an edge portion including a cutting edge, at least a portion of the razor blade having a bent region. The razor cartridge also includes a resting base for accommodating the base portion, and a cap for covering at least a portion of the resting base. The razor cartridge further includes a plurality of comb elements extending toward the front of the resting base, at least a portion of the comb elements being disposed forward of the at least one razor blade. The plurality of comb elements include top surfaces configured to define a shaving plane.

Abstract: In some embodiments, the present disclosure provides a razor assembly including a razor cartridge, razor handle, and recovering force-providing unit. The razor cartridge includes a shaving blade having a cutting edge and a blade housing receiving the shaving blade longitudinally. The razor handle is connected to the razor cartridge rotatably about a first rotational axis parallel to longitudinal direction within a rotation range. The recovering force-providing unit provides the razor cartridge rotated about the first rotational axis from a rest position with recovering force returning the razor cartridge to the rest position. The rotation range includes a first pivot section between the rest position and first angle, and a second pivot section between the first angle and a greater second angle. The recovering force increases as the razor cartridge rotates with an increasing rotational angle, at an increasing rate that differs between the first and second pivot sections.

A width of the opening in a lateral direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction may be greater than a half of a width in a lateral direction defined by all of the at least one blade.

Abstract: A dispenser for razor cartridges is proposed. The dispenser may include a base unit and a pair of cartridge fixing units formed on both sides of the base unit. The base unit and the cartridge fixing units may be made of a bendable sheet of an eco-friendly material. Each fixing unit may include: a first side wall bent from the base unit and having a predetermined height, an upper wall bent and extending from one end of the first side wall, and a second side wall extending from one end of the upper wall toward the base unit and configured to contact the base unit. Each fixing unit may also include at least one cutout portion formed across the upper wall and the second side wall by cutting at least a portion of the upper and second side walls and configured to fix a razor cartridge at an inclined angle.
