Each mounting bracket can include a body with a front face and, a plurality of arms extending from the body with each arm comprises a hook that is configured to receive a dead-end utility line. The mounting brackets are configured to be mounted on a utility pole and to allow a plurality of dead-end utility lines to be mounted to a utility pole with a single mounting bracket.
