    Abstract: The present invention provides novel isoforms of the Goodpasture antigen binding protein (GPBP), and related reagents, and also provides methods for isolating and detecting such novel GPBP isoforms. The invention further provides methods identifying compounds to treat one or more of an autoimmune condition and a protein deposit-mediated disorder, as well as novel compounds and methods for treating such conditions and/or disorders.
