The dual eccentric nozzle has an air conduit that introduces air during a drying cycle and a water conduit that introduces water during a rinse cycle, and when the rack is fully inserted in the wash chamber, the dual eccentric nozzle is received inside the hose clamp, thereby, inside the CPAP hose when present.
