    Abstract: The invention of the current application is directed to a handbag protective cover device and an attachment mechanism for a handbag protective cover uses a thin hook and loop fastener strip which are attached to a handbag protective cover. The attachment mechanism also includes pull tabs which are easily gripped by a user and allow a user to pull the hook and loop fastener strip apart by pulling on the pull tabs.
