Abstract: A handle assembly includes a pair of mounting brackets and a handle pivotally coupled to the mounting brackets. Each mounting bracket has a U-shaped mounting member and a hook shaped clamping plate coupled to the U-shaped mounting member through threaded tension bolts. The mounting bracket also has a pair of mounting flanges with handle holes through which extends inwardly turned ends of the handle.

Abstract: A hinge assembly includes a pair of lower mounting brackets, at least two upper hinge leaves, and an axle pivotally coupling the upper hinge leaves to the lower mounting brackets. Each lower mounting bracket has a vertically oval-shaped axle hole. Each upper hinge leaf includes a U-shaped mounting member and a hook shaped clamping plate coupled to the U-shaped mounting member through threaded tension bolts. The upper hinge leaf also has a pair of axle holes. The axle extends through the elongated axle holes of the lower mounting bracket vertical flange and through the axle holes of the U-shaped member.

Abstract: In a rooftop ventilator having a base housing, a lid operatively attached to the base housing, wherein the lid has a plurality of lid sides extending downwardly from a lid surface, and a ventilation fan positioned above the lid surface, a lid reinforcement device is provided, comprising corner reinforcing members attached to the corners of the lid. Each corner reinforcing member comprises a pair of side members flush with the lid sides, and one or more support fingers for receiving and supporting the lid sides. A corner cap is attached to the side members and overlaps the lid surface to retain the lid sides within the support fingers. The corner caps can also include cylindrical sleeves for engagement with a pair of hinge shafts extending from shaft support brackets attached to the base housing.
