Abstract: Disclosed is a dual axis of rotation tablet arm storage mechanism. The mechanism includes a first rotor block rotationally secured to a second rotor block. Both rotor blocks travel within a dual walled track of the mechanism. In the use configuration, the walls of the track are adjacent to the second rotor and restrict the rotation of the second rotor to help stabilize the writing surface. While the disclosed tablet arm maintains the benefits of other tablet arm mechanisms, many other benefits are achieved such as a mechanism that is free of pinch points during operation. The disclosed mechanism includes a dual access rotation mechanism that also allows the elevational alignment of the tablet top surface to be adjusted while the table top is in use.

Abstract: Disclosed is an intuitively operable rotation mechanism for a flip top table that includes an offsetting feature that provides aligned table legs when the table is in a use configuration while offsetting the legs when they are in a storage configuration. By offsetting the table legs in storage configuration, the height of the table legs can be more than one half of the length of the table. This feature is of particular importance for folding tables that are positioned at a standing height.

Abstract: Disclosed is a removable attachment bar for a flip-top table that includes multiple tracks on which objects table top supports, storage containers, and other items may be mounted. While maintaining the benefits of standard flip-top tables, attachment bar also achieves many benefits including improved table rigidity and additional locations to secure attachments to the table.

Abstract: Presented is an improved latching mechanism for table legs. While maintaining the benefits of standard folding mechanisms, the mechanism also achieves many benefits including improved table rigidity, an intuitively operable release mechanism, an easily constructed mechanism with as little as three molded pieces and a spring, a single release action to release the mechanism from both a “use” and “folded” configuration, and four spatially separated latching points for each of the “use” and “folded” configurations. Additionally the mechanism meets or exceeds government and industry standards while having a refined appearance.

Abstract: Presented is a table with a pivotable table top that is mounted rotatably and lockably about an axis of rotation extending in a longitudinal direction. The table has a pivoting mechanism on a table frame in the upper region of two lateral table legs. The table can be folded out or folded between a horizontal use position and a storage position. A pivoting movement of the table top is achieved, while combining secure operation and simple handling. The pivoting mechanism includes at least one pair of inter-engaging, mutually complementary tooth portions that are arranged concentrically about the axis of rotation. The tooth portions can be moved apart relative to one another by at least the tooth depth in the direction of the axis of rotation in order to enable the pivoting movement. In each pair, one tooth portion is mounted fixedly in terms of rotation with respect to the table leg and the other tooth portion is mounted fixedly in terms of rotation with respect to the table top.
