Abstract: This application discloses a stretchable rigid-flex interconnection structure with gradient stiffness, including a support body, a stretchable substrate, a stretchable circuit layer, a non-stretchable circuit layer, and a sealing layer, where the non-stretchable circuit layer is electrically connected to the stretchable circuit layer and there is an overlapping region at an interface therebetween, and a projection of the support body onto the stretchable substrate covers a projection of the non-stretchable circuit layer onto the stretchable substrate; the stretchable circuit layer has a stretching direction and a normal direction, and the support body has gradient stiffness along the stretching direction or along the normal direction. The stretchable rigid-flex interconnection structure of this application, based on the support body with the gradient stiffness, can reduce a risk of disconnection and fracture that are prone to occurring at an interconnection interface.

Abstract: This application discloses a stretchable rigid-flex interconnector and a manufacturing method therefor. The method includes: separately printing silver paste and a liquid metal polymer composite on a first side of a stretchable substrate to form a non-stretchable circuit layer and a stretchable circuit layer; encapsulating the first rigid-flex composite structure using a sealant to form a sealing layer; and attaching a support layer to a second side of the second rigid-flex composite structure, to obtain a target rigid-flex interconnector. According to this application, a rigid-flex interconnector for an electronic interconnection between a rigid circuit system and a flexible circuit system can be truly formed. The entire rigid-flex interconnector has excellent stretchability.

Abstract: A coil device includes a first conductor on a first layer and arranged in a first spiral shape, a second conductor on a second layer and arranged in a second spiral shape, a transition that connects the first conductor and the second conductor in series, a first terminal connected to an end of the first conductor, and a second terminal connected to an end of the second conductor. The first terminal and the second terminal are outside of the first conductor and the second conductor when viewed in plan. The first conductor and the second conductor each include a plurality of in-plane traces connected in parallel with each other.
