Abstract: Apparatuses, methods, systems, and program products are disclosed for product order management. An apparatus is configured to receive an electronic order for a product, the product associated with a temporal period, log the electronic order and the temporal period for the product in a customer relationship management (“CRM”) system in response to receiving the electronic order, receive a delivery notification for the product, and begin the temporal period in the CRM in response to the delivery notification indicating that the product is delivered.
