Patent number: 11465565Abstract: A truck and automotive cab storage box is placed in the back seat of the cab of a work truck or other vehicle. The truck and automotive cab storage box has a tray which is connected to an angled cover and a divider separates the tray into two sections. The truck and automotive cab storage box stores items and forces users to stop the vehicle and open the rear doors to access items in or underneath the tray. The angled cover makes it difficult or impractical to store items on top of the truck and automotive cab storage box. The truck and automotive cab storage box makes it difficult or impractical to store items around it.Type: GrantFiled: August 19, 2020Date of Patent: October 11, 2022Assignee: Dual Fuel Systems, Inc.Inventor: Eric Fischer Schwab

Patent number: 4624390Abstract: A natural gas fueling system is set forth for filling one or more vehicle tanks from a supply such as a storage tank or a main gas line. The system includes at least one hose assembly having one end adapted to connect to a tank and the other end having a female coupling. Also included is a dispensing assembly having a manually operated valve to control the flow of gas from supply. Connected to the valve is at least one male coupling adapted to be releasably received by the female coupling. The male and female couplings permit the hose assembly to be pulled and disconnected from the dispensing assembly to prevent damage to the hose or dispensing assembly. Additionally, the couplings are provided with check valves to stop the flow of gas when disconnected. A vent is provided to vent any leaking gas as is a locking structure to lock each hose assembly to prevent unauthorized use.Type: GrantFiled: March 29, 1984Date of Patent: November 25, 1986Assignee: Dual Fuel Systems, Inc.Inventors: Stephen W. Patent number: 4467828Abstract: A movable tube controls the flow of fluid from supply through a regulator to discharge in response to pressure acting on a piston in a control chamber at discharge and opposed by a spring in a spring chamber. When the discharge pressure reaches a prescribed, regulated value, the tube no longer moves. The pressure drop through the regulator occurs at the outer diameter of the tube; consequently, no area of the tube sees supply side pressure that would tend to displace the tube. On the discharge side, the tube extends into a necked passage between a control chamber and an exit port to aspirate fluid from the control chamber and compensate for loss of spring force due to spring relaxation. The tube also closes when there is a sudden loss of discharge side pressure. The tube closes on the supply side against an elastomeric seat carried by a removable plug.Type: GrantFiled: February 12, 1982Date of Patent: August 28, 1984Assignee: Dual Fuel Systems, Inc.Inventor: Donald R. Patent number: 4025315Abstract: Liquid natural gas is odorized with either ethyl or methyl mercaptan by initiallly mixing the odorant with a diluent and then introducing the resultant mixture into the liquid natural gas. It is preferred that the diluent have a freezing point below the boiling point of liquid natural gas. It is theorized that with the diluent the mercaptans either do not freeze or are dispersed sufficiently in the liquid natural gas to reduce the particle size of frozen odorant. In any event, the result is effective odorization of natural gas drawn from a liquid natural gas storage tank regardless of the amount of liquid and gaseous natural gas left in the tank.Type: GrantFiled: May 19, 1971Date of Patent: May 24, 1977Assignees: San Diego Gas & Electric Co., Dual Fuel Systems, Inc.Inventor: Jack R. Patent number: 3982516Abstract: An internal combustion engine is normally fueled from a primary source of natural gas. A pressure switch closes upon sensing engine vacuum. A second pressure switch closes at a predetermined low pressure in the primary natural gas source. The closing of these two switches opens a solenoid valve to admit gas from an alternate source to the engine. A check valve prevents gas from the alternate source from flowing towards the primary source. The engine's battery provides electrical energy for the solenoid and the battery is in circuit with the engine's ignition switch.Type: GrantFiled: November 11, 1974Date of Patent: September 28, 1976Assignee: Dual Fuel Systems, Inc.Inventor: Kenneth T.
