    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an auto-open door lock apparatus including a main body cover having a space therein, and a motor installed inside the main body cover to provide a driving force, the auto-open door lock apparatus comprising: a locker which is coupled to or separates from a hook that is introduced from the outside through rotation; a locker shaft having one end connected to the locker, and formed in the center of rotation of the locker; a clutch gear connected to the other end of the locker shaft to induce rotation of the locker; a locker spring connected to one side of the locker to provide a rotational restoring force to the locker; a rack slide which provides a rotational force of the motor to the locker through the clutch gear; and a pinion gear which transmits the rotational force of the motor to the rack slide.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a door lock device including: a case; an opening/closing part to open/close a door according to the advancing and retreating of a hook connected to the door; a driving part for guiding the opening/closing operation of the opening/closing part through linear movement; and a connecting part for connecting the opening/closing part and the driving part. The opening/closing part includes: a locker coupled to or separated from the hook through a rotational motion when the hook advances and retreats; a locker support member that is hinge-coupled to the case, is coupled to the locker to support the rotation of the locker, and rotates in the advancing or retreating direction of the hook during the rotational motion of the locker; and an elastic member positioned between the bottom. surface of the case and the locker support member to press the locker support member in one direction.
