Abstract: This invention relates to a vertical exhaust type sealing closure for sealed container, comprising: a closure body and a chute seat provided in the axial direction thereof; an air plug provided in the chute seat; a piston provided in the chute seat and above the air plug as well, an operating portion being combined at the upper end of the piston; when the operating portion is grasped to conduct continuous up-to-down reciprocating motion of the piston, opening and closing action of the air plug can be produced so as to extract the air contained in the sealed container.

Abstract: An electric seasoning mill includes a body having first and second holding rooms adjacent first and second ends. A motor is housed between the first and second ends. The motor has first and second output shafts extending toward the first and second ends; the first and second output shafts are rotatable in first and second directions. First and second milling assemblies are adjacent the first and second rooms; each milling assembly has stationary and rotatable portions. A first transmission shaft operatively couples the first output shaft and the first milling assembly rotatable portion; a second transmission shaft operatively couples the second output shaft and the second milling assembly rotatable portion. Means are included for automatically actuating the motor to rotate the first output shaft in the first and second directions upon tilting the main body in first and second manners.

Abstract: A container includes a transparent containing body, a metallic outer layer member, and an upper part; the containing body has a base, and a wall projecting from the base, which wall has a raised portion on a portion of an outer side, and a recess portion on the other portion of the outer side; the base is formed with a fitting trench thereon, which is next to the recess portion of the wall; the outer layer member is closely fitted over the recess portion, and inserted into the fitting trench of the base at a lower end; the upper part has an opening, and a fitting trench on a lower side thereof, and it is secured on top of both the containing body and the outer layer member with an upper end of the outer layer member being inserted into the fitting trench thereof.

Abstract: An electric pepper mill is provided that is equipped with two terminal legs that normally do not touch each other, and a pressing block. When the pepper mill is in an upright position, the pressing block rests on the terminal legs to connect the terminal legs. circuit including a motor and batteries and when the motor is powered the pepper mill operates to grind pepper. When the pepper mill is in an upside-down position, the circuit including the motor and the batteries will be in the opened position, and the pepper mill will not operate.

Abstract: An electric pepper mill is provided with a conducting element held in position with a battery holder; the conducting element can move to an action position when the pepper mill is turned to an upright position so that it closes a circuit consisting of a motor and batteries of the pepper mill, and can move to a non-action position when the pepper mill is turned upside down so that the circuit is opened. Thus, the motor is powered by the batteries, and in turns, the pepper mill works to grind pepper when the mill is upright, and the mill stops working when it is upside down.

Abstract: A container with double layers includes a metallic outer layer having through holes on a surrounding portion, and a plastic inner layer formed directly over an inner side of the outer layer by means of injection molding with a mold; the mold is shaped such that three-dimensional projecting portions are formed over corresponding ones of the through holes of the outer layer to project beyond the outer layer in the injection molding, and that the edges of the three-dimensional projecting portions cover those portions of the outer layer that define the through holes; thus, the layers can't easily separate from, or move relative to, each other.
