Abstract: The manufacturing apparatus comprises a first capsule containing a predetermined amount of a first formulation, the first capsule including a first connection portion and an outlet passage provided with an outlet orifice; a second capsule containing a predetermined amount of a second formulation, and including a second connection portion configured to be connected to the first connection portion; and a mixing machine configured to receive the first and second capsules, and to mix the first and second formulations contained in the first and second capsules so as to obtain the cosmetic product. The manufacturing apparatus is configured to automatically close the outlet passage when the first and second capsules are received in the mixing machine, and to automatically clear the outlet passage when the first and second capsules are removed out of the mixing machine.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system for production of a cosmetic product including: at least one first single-use packaging unit including a preset quantity of a first phase of a cosmetic product, at least one second single-use packaging unit including a preset quantity of a second phase of a cosmetic product, a machine including a mixer inside of which the mixture of the preset quantity of the first phase and the preset quantity of the second phase is done automatically in order to end up with a cosmetic product directly consumable by the end consumer. The mixing is done in a manner such that neither the first phase nor the second phase are in direct contact with any part of the mixer which is not single use, thus avoiding dirtying the mixer.
