    Abstract: Method of preparation of antioxidant composition on the basis of diphenylamine by catalytic alkylation of diphenylamine by an threefold excess of diisobutylene with regard to diphenylamine in the presence of an alkylation catalyst t in an amount of 5 to 30% by weight, as referred to diphenylamine, at a temperature of 140 to 160° C. Water contained in the catalyst, is removed and subsequently diphenylamine is left to complete the reaction with diisobutylene and after the reaction is finished, the reaction mixture is separated from the catalyst, unreacted diisobutylene is removed from it and the reaction product is obtained.

    Abstract: The solution concerns a process of production of N-alkyl-2-benzthiazolylsulfeneimides by means of a reaction of 2-benzthiazolylsulfenyl chloride with an excess of a corresponding alkylamine in an anhydrous reaction medium. Removement of water and moisture from the reaction medium is ensured by azeotropic distillation of a part of the solvent. The method solves also trapping of the excess amine by extraction with water to recycle it in the process, removing of the unconverted raw material from the crude product by chemical refining with aqueous lye and extraction of by-products and pitches by elutriating the product in an organic solvent with the aim to obtain pure benzthiazolylsulfeneimide containing no less than 95% of the active substance, which can be used as a vulcanization accelerator in ruber mixtures.

    Abstract: Aliphatic amines are obtained by continuous addition of ammonia to C2- to C8-alkenes in the presence of a heterogeneous or homogeneous catalyst at a pressure of 2 to 8 MPa, a temperature of 220 to 320° C. and a molar ratio of ammonia to the alkene of 1.5 to 20, while the gaseous reaction mixture which leaves the second section, is cooled to a temperature near the dew point, it is led to the enrichment part of the first section, where it is sprayed in counterflow with a liquid mixture consisting of the starting substances. The unreacted starting substances thus disposed of the most of the amine formed are recycled under pressure in gaseous state to the second section, the liquid mixture in the impoverishment part of the section gets rid of the unreacted starting substances, and from the bottom of the first section the concentrate is conducted to further processing.
