Abstract: A flow regulator, comprising an enclosure which in turn comprises at least one screen designed to be crossed by the stream and is provided, at the input section, with a small net and with an underlying jet breaker plate provided with holes adapted to break up the stream, the holes provided in the jet breaker plate being distributed along closed geometrical figures centered on the plate, a barrier provided with ridges located at the hales being provided directly below the plate.
