Abstract: An encoding process receives a request to subscribe to a subscription service. The request includes a subscriber identifier and an endpoint identifier. Further, the encoding process encodes the subscriber identifier into an encoded subscriber identifier. In addition, the encoding process sends the subscriber identifier, the encoded subscriber identifier, and the endpoint identifier to a host server. A routing process receives, at a host server, a request to establish communication with a subscriber identifier. Further, the routing process searches, at a database, for the subscriber identifier to determine a communication route corresponding to the subscriber identifier. The communication route includes an encoded subscriber endpoint identifier that is generated based upon an encoded subscriber identifier. The encoded subscriber identifier is encoded based upon the subscriber identifier.
