The first engagement arm extends from the base in the outflow direction, is located on a first side of the ETT engagement portion, and is spaced apart from the ETT engagement portion such that a first gap is defined between the first engagement arm and the ETT engagement portion. The second engagement arm extends from the base in the outflow direction, is located on a second side of the ETT engagement portion, and is spaced apart from the ETT engagement portion such that a second gap is defined between the second engagement arm and the ETT engagement portion.
