    Abstract: An ozone-containing composition comprises a volatile oily solvent, a volatile aqueous solvent, and ozone. The volatile oily solvent is present in a concentration ranging from 1 wt % to 99 wt % based on the total composition. The volatile aqueous solvent is present in a concentration ranging from 1 wt % to 99 wt % based on the total composition. The volatile oily solvent is a volatile liquid paraffin having a boiling point of 170 degrees and being lipophilic, a volatile silicone oil having a boiling point ranging from 170 degrees to 200 degrees and being lipophilic, or a mixture of the volatile liquid paraffin and the volatile silicone oil. The volatile liquid paraffin is one or more volatile liquid paraffins selected from the group consisting of light isoparaffin, light liquid isoparaffin, and hydrogenated polyisobutene. The volatile silicone oil is a volatile silicone oil containing cyclic dimethyl silicone oil.
