Abstract: A portable electronic apparatus is disclosed. The portable electronic apparatus comprises a casing, a first displaying module, a second displaying module, a communicating module, a sensing module, and a controlling module. The first displaying module and the second displaying module are set on a first face and a second face of the casing respectively. When the communicating module receives an incoming call signal, the communicating module generates a starting signal. Then, the sensing module receives the starting signal and performs a sensing procedure to generate a sensing result. The controlling module selectively displays an incoming call information related to the incoming call signal on the first displaying module or the second displaying module according to the sensing result.

Abstract: A method of managing a contact list in a communication system includes: a) in response to user manipulation, generating a contact identification (ID) representing a contact person in the communication system, and presenting the contact ID on the contact list; b) keeping track of a contact frequency between the user and the contact person; c) selecting an attribute in accordance with the contact frequency; and d) presenting the attribute on the contact list, such that the attribute is associated with the contact ID. An apparatus for managing a contact list in a communication system is also disclosed.

Abstract: An input apparatus, an input method and an electronic apparatus are provided. The input apparatus includes a signal generating module and a processing module. The signal generating module generates a plurality of input signals by executing multi-direction operations. The processing module receives two signals of the input signals which are successively generated by the signal generating module, thus generating a control signal. The control signal corresponds to one of a plurality of characters. Therefore, the input apparatus can be more conveniently used by users to input characters by executing multi-direction operations.

Abstract: A virtual key input method includes displaying a small virtual key that is marked with at least a first symbol, and displaying a large virtual key that is marked with a plurality of second symbols, that replaces the small virtual key, and that has a size larger than the small virtual key. An electronic device that performs the virtual key input method is also disclosed.

Abstract: A vehicle navigation system comprises a signal receiving module, a location selection module, a route planning module, an image obtaining module, a display module and a route selection module. The signal receiving module is used for obtaining first location information of a vehicle; the location selection module is used for obtaining second location information of the vehicle; the route planning module is used for obtaining a suggested route for the vehicle according to the first location information and second location information; the image obtaining module is used for obtaining at least one image related to the suggested route; the display module is used for displaying the at least one image; and the route selection module is used for selecting whether to keep the original suggested route or to activate the route planning module to obtain a new suggested route.
