The top of the mat includes an outer shell adapted to mount the light and protect the light. The mat and base may include magnets to attach the light to a metal surface or when folding the top and base of the mat through the living hinges to place the light in a carrying mode. Due to the flexibility of the mat, the light may be placed in a standing position wherein the light may be directed in multiple positions; or the light may be placed in a carrying mode; or the light may be attached to a metal surface, the low-profile of the light allowing it to be out of the work area; or the light may include a hook for hanging the light near the work area.

Abstract: The invention relates to a clamping work light. The clamping work light allows for hand free use as the light may be free standing or clamped to a surface. A light member may be rotated in multiple directions. The light member is attached to a stand made up of two clamp arms, the stand functions as both a stand for the light member and a clamping mechanism. The clamp arms will open up to four inches to allow the light to be attached to different size objects and surfaces. The light may be locked in a compact storage position.

Abstract: A flexible magnetic wrench holder is disclosed having a flexible elongated strip having a top wall, a bottom wall, a first side wall and a second side wall. The top wall has a plurality of stations each adapted to receive a wrench. The bottom wall includes a magnet retainer assembly in each station having a first magnet and a second magnet. The top wall of the flexible elongated strip is adapted to magnetically hold a wrench at each station with the first magnet and the bottom wall of the flexible elongated strip is adapted to magnetically attach to different shaped ferrous surfaces with the second magnet. Alternatively, the top wall may include a plurality of flexible tabs for holding the wrenches by mechanical hold and friction fit. The holder may be flexed and twisted.

The first and second trays are collapsible and expandable. The first and second trays each include a body member adapted to be collapsible and expandable; a base member adapted to fit in the bottom of the body member and having a magnet on a first side of the base member and one or more magnets on a second side of the base member; and a collar member having a hinge member and a lock member. The first tray and the second tray are connected to each other by the hinge members. The first tray and the second trays are adapted to be separable by the hinge members.
