Patent number: 8998152Abstract: A portable barrier installation system and release mechanism is provided. A support frame comprising a first support arch is coupled on each end to a first and second support base. A second support arch, parallel to the first support arch, is coupled on each end to the first and second support base. A hopper assembly is coupled to the support frame. Rotation of the hopper assembly causes the hopper assembly to be in a fill or storage position. A release mechanism facilitates the release and placement of filled bags.Type: GrantFiled: May 25, 2012Date of Patent: April 7, 2015Assignee: Landmark Earth Solutions, Inc.Inventors: Barton Wade Daniel, Timothy Charles Stamps

Publication number: 20140112723Abstract: An anchor system for an erosion control mat is provided. The system includes a bullet anchor comprising a bullet anchor body and a bullet anchor strap integrally molded with and extending from a first side of the bullet anchor body. In embodiments, a lock washer is coupled to the bullet anchor strap. In embodiments, serrations on at least one side of the bullet anchor strap are adapted to prevent the lock washer from traversing the bullet anchor strap in a direction away from the bullet anchor. In embodiments, the lock washer is adapted to couple with an erosion control mat. In embodiments, an anchor tab on a second side of the bullet anchor body secures the bullet anchor body in a ground surface. The anchor system is utilized to secure the erosion control mat to the ground surface and prevent undesired movement of the erosion control mat.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 19, 2012Publication date: April 24, 2014Applicant: LANDMARK EARTH SOLUTIONS, INC.Inventors: BARTON WADE DANIEL, THOMAS J. Patent number: 7476696Abstract: The present invention relates to a foam reduction agent comprising low vapor pressure dibasic esters and a method of using a liquid to contact with polystyrene foam wherein the higher boiling temperature of the low vapor pressure dibasic esters and contact with the liquid provides a volume reduction process and less evaporation loss as well as safer transportation of the chemicals and the polystyrene in its reduced state. The resulting reduced sludge is also recyclable to superior quality raw polystyrene foam beads and the reduction agents are recoverable for future use. The resulting sludge also has unexpected beneficial uses heretofore unknown as a waterproofing agent, a paint stripper, as a graffiti remover, as an extender of the life of concrete, as an adhesive remover, as a stain remover, as a scuff mark remover, and as a general degreaser.Type: GrantFiled: August 17, 2005Date of Patent: January 13, 2009Assignee: Blue Earth Solutions, Inc.Inventors: Harvey Katz, Claudia A. Publication number: 20080202993Abstract: An apparatus for treating solid waste to produce a biomass product includes a cylindrical vessel includes a cylindrical vessel comprising a loading doorway and a discharge doorway at opposite ends of the cylindrical vessel. At least two drive tires are mounted on the cylindrical vessel perpendicular to the cylindrical axis. The drive tires each include a smooth exterior surface for rotating the cylindrical vessel without gear teeth and without sprocket teeth. A drive mechanism is coupled to the drive tires for rotating the cylindrical vessel around the cylindrical axis. The drive mechanism includes drive wheels that support and provide torque to the cylindrical vessel from a contact surface on each of the drive wheels that contacts the exterior surface of the drive tires.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 22, 2008Publication date: August 28, 2008Applicant: Clean Earth Solutions, Inc.Inventors: Michael H. Patent number: 6234721Abstract: A hollow, L-shaped plastic block has a protrusion on a first end and a recess on the opposite end which fit together to form a retaining wall. A rod extends between openings in the protrusion and the recess to secure adjacent blocks against lateral movement. Alternating ribs and grooves are formed in two laterally extending surfaces and a horizontally extending surface to reinforce them against bulging and to provide passageways for runoff. Rebar is used to attach the blocks to the underlying and adjacent soil. A hole may be cored in an upper surface, fill selected from the group of sand, soil, rock, cement and water inserted, and the cored plug reattached using spin welding.Type: GrantFiled: December 17, 1999Date of Patent: May 22, 2001Assignee: Earth Solutions, Inc.Inventors: Gregory A. Patent number: 5114568Abstract: A soil reclamation system that separates the contaminant from all soil particles greater than one micron in diameter and generates resuable soil and contaminant products. The process is based on a novel application of gas-sparged centrifugal separation under operating conditions and equipment specifications tailored to optimize the separation of the particular contaminant. The apparatus is mounted on a front-end loader for mobility and self-contained on site operation.Type: GrantFiled: July 13, 1990Date of Patent: May 19, 1992Assignee: Earth Solutions, Inc.Inventors: Brian J.
