Abstract: A dosage tracking device, systems and methods for tracking administration of medication can include a connector on one end to removably attach the device to a medication container. The medication container can be an original medication container including prescription and dosage information as well as the original child-proof lid. The tracking device includes a pill tracking tag connected to the connector. The tab includes manually pressable and resettable buttons disposed on the tag for tracking the administration of medication. Each button includes a button head with an upward extending protrusion and un underside extending protrusion. The button heads further include a conical portion extending from a periphery of the button heads to a rigid hold or the tab providing support for the buttons to extend through the tab. The buttons are manually pressed in and reset as individual doses of medication are taken.
