Abstract: A contact unit for a lever actuated arrangement for activating brake lights and the flashing turn signal light function. A single contact bridge moved by the lever has three contacts, a first and second contact for closing respectively on left or right brake light circuit contacts and left or right turn signal light circuit contacts and a third contact for closing on a flasher circuit contact upon further lever movement in the same direction. Upon initial lever movement from a neutral position, a second bridge contact is operable to close a brake switch circuit contact with the opposite brake light circuit contact from the lever actuation.

Abstract: A push-button nonrestoring switch having a push-button pivoted on a switch housing with a rocker switching member pivoted on the housing, with a tappet member pivoted on the push-button and engaging the rocker switching member for effecting toggled movement from a neutral to a switching position either side of the neutral position.
Abstract: An electric restoring switch is provided with a button (13) that allows actuation about an eccentric axle (14) and has attached to it at least one link (16) transferring the actuation, and is provided with a contact spring (17) that is arranged in a housing (1) supporting connectors (10) and featuring a notched contact tongue (18). To arrive at a switch that manages without complex parts, allows easy assembly, offers a reliable switching feel and, besides, is small in its structure, the link (16) of the button (13) acts on a switching member (20) which is aligned approximately parallel to the direction of actuation (19) of the button (13), is assembled elastically and is pivotable, the pivot (21) of the switching member (20) being situated away from the axle (14) of the button (13), and the switching member (20) carrying a cam (22) that acts on the contact tongue (18) of the contact (17) fitted parallel to the direction of actuation (19) of the button (13).
Abstract: A push button switch having a push button installed in a switch housing wherein the push button is joined to the housing by two levers which are pivotally mounted on the housing and pivotally mounted on the push button and a link pivotally connected to the levers.
Abstract: A switch assembly is provided for mounting on an end of a steering column sheath in which is disposed a motor vehicle steering column. The switch assembly includes a plurality of individual switches. Each switch comprises a housing with electrical connectors and an actuating element. At least first and second switches of the switch assembly include cooperating guide means including a spring and a releasable clip connector so that the second switch can be slid onto the first switch against the force of the spring and fixed in an end position by the releasable clip connector.
