Patents Assigned to ECC TEC MSJ Incorporated
  • Patent number: 12636610
Abstract: This disclosure includes a control system for operating a pollution removal system. The system includes a power relay coupled to a power supply and a controller communicatively coupled to the power relay. The controller receives sensor data corresponding to properties of at least one of (i) a dosing solution tank of the pollution removal system, (ii) a heater assembly configured to vaporize dosing solution provided by the dosing solution tank, and (iii) a flue system configured to receive a flue gas and the vaporized dosing solution and remove pollutants from the flue gas. Using the sensor data, a control operation is determined for improving removal of pollutants from the flue gas. A control signal corresponding to the control operation is transmitted for use by the power relay. The power relay provides a corresponding power signal to adjust operation of at least one component of the pollution removal system.

  • Patent number: 12637967
Abstract: This disclosure includes a heater having a housing defining an inlet and outlet for a flow of gas through the housing and a heating element connected to a first terminal at a first interior position of the housing and to a second terminal at a second interior position of the housing. The first interior position is opposite the second interior position. The heater includes a first ceramic holder positioned at a third interior position of the housing. The third interior position is between the first and second interior positions of the housing. The first ceramic holder is configured to assist in retaining the heating element within the housing. The heater includes a second ceramic holder positioned at a fourth interior position of the housing that is opposite the third interior position. The second ceramic holder is configured to assist in retaining the heating element within the housing.
