    Abstract: A package for blasting agents including an outer bag of a first diameter formed of a multilayer rupturable paper material and an inner waterproof bag of a second diameter larger than the diameter of the outer bag such that, upon being dropped into a blast hole, the outer bag ruptures allowing the inner bag to expand to the full cross section of the hole without tamping while maintaining the blasting agent in a waterproof condition.
