Abstract: A meetings hub engine system takes an input of predefined sequences of meetings which defines each meeting including linked objects including conversation starters. The system can automatically score each meeting for meeting quality based on the coverage of the meeting to the defined input and scoring quality definition. The system is also capable of injecting new agenda and topics before the start of a meeting, if required to be discussed by the advisor and client. The engine generates a recording of the meeting and also actions based on the events triggered during the meeting. A synchronization server follows in real-time a first party's instance of the meetings hub engine that is actively running a meeting. An unstructured data interpreter interprets unstructured text in communications between parties and automatically converts this unstructured data into a structured meeting definition.
Abstract: A recording system has a listener processor for automatically capturing events involving computer applications during a dialog involving the user of the computer. The system generates a visual transcript of events on a timeline. It automatically detects start of a dialog and proceeds to detect events and determines if they are configured as transcript events, before detecting end of the dialog. The system may associate dialog events with audio clips, using meta tags.
