Abstract: A CTI mobile device includes a first physical layer of electronic components adapted to fit in a first rectangular housing, the components adapted in aggregate to function as a mobile CTI communications device capable of accessing a wireless mobile network, and a second physical layer of electronic components adapted to fit in a second rectangular housing, the components adapted in aggregate to function as a mobile smart card capable of accessing a financial network to perform transactions and manage accounts, the first and second housings adapted to be coupled, and a plurality of contact pads distributed in like number and geometric pattern to interfacing sides of the first and second housings, the contact pads magnetized to attract opposing contact pads to couple the first and second housings together along the interfacing sides.

Abstract: A two part dual layer transaction device comprising a computerized master unit powered by rechargeable battery, the master unit capable of connecting wirelessly to a data network and accessing at least one network server, the master unit having a length, a width, and an internal volume, and a transaction card element having a form factor acceptable for use as a debit or credit card, wherein the transaction card element may be docked or otherwise coupled to the master unit in an idle state and may be uncoupled by the user for the purpose using or cleaning the card element.

Abstract: A method and a system for conducting financial transactions that include a user selecting from a plurality of proprietary financial accounts to authorize processing of a real-time, on-line electronic financial transaction using only one universal financial token and a remotely located rule-module clearinghouse. The universal financial token is a portable wireless proximity token for universal financial account access having dedicated short range contactless communications capabilities and is encoded with a user's unique user code. The rule-module clearinghouse contains at least one rule-module registered to a user which includes at least one pattern data of a user associated with at least one execution command of the user.

Abstract: A computerized transaction card is provided and includes a plastic form factor resembling a credit card, the form factor including all or a combination of a magnetic stripe, a euro-pay master card and visa (EMV) chip, and or a near field communication (NFC) chip, a micro-controller powered by a rechargeable battery, at least one wireless chip set for sending and receiving data over a local wireless network; and, an interactive display screen for displaying information to a card operator.

Abstract: A workaround for smartphone manufacturers locking out certain uses of NFC technology is presented as a system for the completion of wireless credit card transactions using an auxiliary electronics module affixed to a personal digital assistant or smart phone wherein the electronics module is enabled with 2 types of wireless credit card transaction technologies. One of the technologies is NFC and the other is MST. The auxiliary electronics module is enabled to perform an NFC or an MST transactions based on the phones locked status and or the POS capability. The affixed electronics module communicating with the device to which it is affixed with BLE wireless technology.

Abstract: A readable and rewriteable card blank for use with a hand-held electronics device having a card reading and writing interface for aggregation of and management of personal electronic data sets is provided including a readable and rewriteable media disposed on a credit card form factor, a first touch enabled display, internal micro-circuitry such as an embedded smart chip, a proximity sensing capability characterized in that the personal electronic data sets are read into the card form factor selectively or collectively via a personal electronics device enabled as a smart phone for use in electronic transacting or fulfillment of electronic identification queries.
