Abstract: A radiant heater mounting heating elements in a sealed housing with a ceramic heat transmitting wall. A fan is mounted in the housing to cool the heating elements and in practice provide additional heat. There are also vent assemblies which prevent water such as rainwater or even water from, for example, a hose entering into the heater and causing failure.
