    Abstract: An apparatus for generating a digital assistant is disclosed. The apparatus includes at least processor and a memory communicatively connected to the processor. The memory instructs the processor to receive a plurality of non-inquiry specific training data and a first set of inquiries from a user. The memory instructs the processor to generate a smart prompt as a function of the first set of inquiries. The memory instructs the processor to determine a first set of inquiry responses as a function of the smart prompt using an assistant machine learning model. Generating the assistant machine learning model includes generally training and specifically training the assistant machine learning model. The memory instructs the processor to transform the first set of inquiry responses into a user interface data structure. The memory instructs the processor to display the user interface data structure using a display device.
