Abstract: A multifunctional handcart includes a main body, a telescopically arranged handle assembly retractably mounted on the main body, an adjusting seat adjustably mounted on the handle assembly, and a foldable table pivotally mounted on the adjusting seat. Thus, the table is fully expanded to place a notebook computer so that a user can operate notebook computer easily and conveniently. In addition, the adjusting seat is adjustably mounted on the handle assembly by the screw member to adjust the height of the table so as to fit users of different statures.
