Patents Assigned to Eisenmann Maschinenbau KG
  • Patent number: 6230470
Abstract: A wall for the booth of a coating plant is composed in a known manner of individual wall elements (1, 2). Each wall element (1, 2) comprises a load-bearing frame (3), which is formed from vertical posts (4, 5) made of sheet-metal sections and horizontal crosspieces (6, 7, 8, 9). The zones spanned by the posts (4, 5) and the crosspieces (6, 7, 8, 9) are covered by plates (10, 11, 12). At least the vertical posts (4, 5) have a section whose basic geometric shape is rectangular, although two of the sectional legs (15, 16), namely in each case the outer leg which is vertical to the associated plate (11) and the outer leg (16) which is parallel to the plate (11), do not extend over the entire length of the corresponding side of the rectangle. The interior of the posts (4, 5), in which fixtures and fittings can be installed, is thus accessible.

  • Patent number: 6020023
Abstract: A process and apparatus for repairing small paint defects in powder paint coats. In the process, the paint defect is hollowed out, a filler body, which is adapted to the recess with respect to shape and/or volume, is placed in the recess, the filler body is connected with the powder paint coat surrounding the recess and hardened. In order to improve the quality of this repair, after inserting the filler body, pressure is exercised on the filler body at least at the start of the connecting and/or at least at the start of the hardening.

  • Patent number: 5997941
Abstract: A process for repairing relatively small paint faults in powder coating layers, in which, in the region of the faulty point, a cutout is introduced into the powder coating layer with precisely defined dimensions with respect to its area and also with respect to its depth. A filler made of powder coating and/or a pre-product of the powder coating is introduced into the cutout. The filler is dimensioned to correspond to the volume of the cutout, in particular corresponding to the dimensions of the cutout, and is coherent. The filler introduced is joined, in particular bonded, to the powder coating layer arranged outside the cutout.

  • Patent number: 5628968
Abstract: An apparatus for purifying pollutant-containing waste or exhaust air from industrial plants by means of regenerative afterburning includes a heat exchanger in the form of a heat exchanger fill. The material for the heat exchanger fill is a sponge-like foamed ceramic material having open pores. In accordance with another embodiment, the material of the heat exchanger fill may be constituted by ceramic grate plates or grate bodies.

  • Patent number: 5460789
Abstract: An apparatus for purifying a pollutant-containing outgoing air from the industrial installations has a heat exchanging bed, which has a predetermined thickness, consist of a suitable, preferably mineral, material, and is located in the interior of a shaft-like reactor housing. During the purifying operation, the pollutant-containing air flows through the heat exchanging bed into a combustion chamber, and heated purified air flows from the combustion chamber through the heat exchanging bed in opposite direction, giving up its heat to the heat exchanging bed and thereby being cooled down. The pollutants contained in the pollutant-containing air are burned in the heat exchanging bed and, if needed, in the combustion chamber.
