Abstract: A dermatological treatment device using a light beam, includes: a laser source (1) suitable for directing a laser beam onto at least one zone (2) of the area of skin to be treated, a contactless measurement unit sensitive to radiation according to temperature, of the temperature of a skin area corresponding to the area of skin being treated, and a unit for controlling (13) the laser source via the measurement unit, the device being characterised by the fact that the contactless measurement unit includes an infrared sensor (4) and an objective lens (20) suitable for focusing the field of view (5) of the infrared sensor such that the area of skin contained within the field of view (5) is fully included in the area of skin (2) being treated by the device.

Abstract: This invention concerns a system for dermatological treatment including an energy source suitable for biochemically activating healing and including at least one means of interaction between the energy source and the patient. The means of interaction is composed of a continuous adhesive support suitable for placement close to the area to be treated, the support having a means of identification and interacting without contact with a sensor allowing the energy source to function only when the distance between the sensor and the means of identification is less than a threshold value. The invention also concerns such a continuous adhesive support and a method of dermatological treatment.

Abstract: A device for dermatological treatment, includes an energy source, the energy source generating a quasi-Gaussian laser beam, characterised in that it includes an element for shaping the beam between the energy source and a source to be treated, the shaping element being adapted for converting the beam into a beam having a power distributed homogenously on a given surface, and in that the device further includes a removable and replaceable optical unit.

Abstract: A device that assists in the wound healing process that takes into account the different skin types that are laser-treated in order to optimise the effectiveness of the wound-healing processes and to avoid any burning. The device comprises a laser source suitable for emitting a beam whose wavelength is between approximately 800 nanometres and approximately 820 nanometres and includes a control module suitable for controlling the laser source according to data regarding the skin type of the patient to be treated.
