Abstract: This invention provides a device for preserving and dispensing a beverage, having: (a) a housing including one or more compartments, each compartment for storing a beverage container; and (b) one or more dispensing head removably connected to a cartridge, wherein said dispensing head having an aerator for aerating said beverage, wherein said cartridge removably and securely holds a beverage container, wherein said beverage flows from said container to said dispensing head by the force of a pump connected to said cartridge. In one embodiment, the beverage is wine.

Abstract: The present invention provides an appliance for preparing frothed or mixed beverage. In one embodiment, the appliance comprises a removable transparent or translucent liquid food container, and a stirrer and stirrer holder that are positioned inside the liquid food container. The stirrer includes magnetic elements so that it can be driven magnetically by a motor without any physical linkage.

Abstract: The present invention pertains to a brewing filter apparatus capable of preparing foam, froth, or crema, particularly for coffee beverages, under low pressure. The apparatus can operate at pressures below 15 bar and as low as 1-3 bar. The apparatus comprises a mesh cover, coarse filter, fine filter, large 0-ring, coffee container, small 0-ring, and foam maker having two opposing holes. The holes have a diameter in the range of 0.3 to 1 mm. The crema is created by the turbulent contacting of two opposing jets of coffee, which enter the foam maker through the two opposing holes. To further increase agitation and the surface area for contact, a stainless steel wire mesh may be situated in the center of the foam maker directly in the path of and in between the opposing jets of coffee to facilitate the formation of more crema.

Abstract: A self-supporting removable box-like liner for use in an electric oven that has a heating element supported in a plane and extending across a cooking chamber from one said side wall to the other. The liner has an open the front, a pair of liner side walls and a back wall, and an elongate aperture extending across the back wall and continuing along each liner side wall toward the front to pass over and receive the heating element such that the liner can be inserted into the chamber for use and completely removed for cleaning, without removal of the heating element from the oven.
