Abstract: A method and apparatus for configuring a data subband set in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) configures at least one data subband set within a carrier, and communicating with a base station by using the at least one data subband set. Each of the at least one data subband set consists of at least one data subband, and each of the at least one data subband consists of a set of consecutive physical resource blocks (PRBs). Each of the at least one data subband set may be configured per numerology. The at least one data subband may correspond to at least one bandwidth part (BWP).
Abstract: An image decoding method includes: acquiring, from a bitstream, luma weight L0 flag information indicating whether there is an L0 prediction-related weight factor and luma weight L1 flag information indicating whether there is an L1 prediction-related weight factor; determining to apply decoder-side motion vector refinement (DMVR) to an L0 motion vector and L1 motion vector for a current block, when the luma weight L0 flag information and the luma weight L1 flag information are both zero; when it has been determined to apply DMVR, deriving a refined L0 motion vector and a refined L1 motion vector by applying the DMVR to the current block; deriving prediction samples for the current block on the basis of L0 prediction using the refined L0 motion vector and L1 prediction using the refined L1 motion vector; and generating reconstruction samples for the current block on the basis of the prediction samples.

Abstract: An innovative system for transmitting encrypted 1-bit audio over an Ethernet network comprises using an omni-directional micro-electrical-mechanical system acoustic sensor element (11) to provide an analog input signal (33) to a sigma-delta modulator (12) which then creates a pulse density modulated 1-bit data stream (32), at an audio oversampling rate, to a first input of a first exclusive-or (XOR) logic gate (58). The second input of the XOR logic gate is simultaneously presented with a first pseudo-random 1-bit data stream (78), at the same audio oversampling rate, thereby resulting in an encrypted pulse density modulated (PDM) 1-bit data stream (73) at the output of the XOR logic gate. The encrypted PDM 1-bit data stream is clocked into a first-in first-out (FIFO) memory at the audio oversampling rate and is clocked out of the first FIFO memory as Ethernet PDM frame data packages (74) at a predetermined Ethernet PHY transfer rate.
Abstract: Systems and methods for assigning voice communication channels used by a crew of employees using communication devices are disclosed. According to the present disclosure, a UE may transmit to a base station capability information associated with transmission power of the UE and the information may include a subset including at least one transmit precoding matrix indicator (TPMI) supported by the UE. The UE may receive first control information for transmitting a message associated with an initial access and the control information may include a TPMI used for the UE to transmit the message. Thereafter, the UE may transmit to the base station the message by using transmission power determined based on the TPMI and the transmission power may be determined according to whether the TPMI is included in the at least one TPMI.

Abstract: An integrated latching mechanism includes a slider button. At least one curved elastic arm extends from the slider button and is configured such that in response to an external force urging the slider button in a first direction, the curved elastic arm is distorted such that upon removal of the external force, the curved elastic arm moves the slider button in a direction opposite to the first direction. A locking part is contiguous with the slider button and extends away from the slider button.
