Each of the new UL DCI format and the legacy UL DCI format is a DCI format used to schedule a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH), and each of the new DL DCI format and the legacy DL DCI format is a DCI format used to schedule a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH).
