Abstract: A power converter is provided. The power converter includes a housing, a heat dissipation module, and a first circuit board. The housing forms a receiving space, wherein the housing includes a first housing port and a second housing port. The heat dissipation module is detachably connected to the housing, and disposed in the receiving space. The heat dissipation module includes an inner path that communicates the first housing port with the second housing port. Working fluid enters the inner path via the first housing port. The working fluid leaves the inner path via the second housing port. The first circuit board includes a first circuit board body and a first heat source, wherein the first heat source is disposed on the first circuit board body, and the first heat source is thermally connected to the inner path of the heat dissipation module.

Abstract: An apparatus for generating a digital value, and a method therefor are proposed. A wireless device selects a first logical channel with a highest priority among multiple logical channels having data available for transmission. When the first logical channel is configured with a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback, the wireless device selects one or more second logical channels configured with the HARQ feedback among the multiple logical channels. Abstract: A flyback power converter includes a hybrid clamp circuit and a corresponding power management unit that substantially optimizes the performance of the flyback power converter in its entire line and load ranges. The clamp circuit, which is connected in parallel to a primary winding of the flyback transformer, includes a parallel combination of a capacitor and resistor that is connected in series with a parallel combination of a switch and a diode. By sensing the operating conditions, the power management circuit configures the clamp circuit either as a passive clamp or as an active clamp. In the passive-clamp configuration, the switch is kept turned off. In the active-clamp configuration, the switch operates with pulse-width modulation (PWM) which enables ZVS turn-on of the main switch.
